HARRISON COUNTY – After a long delay for Wesley B. Clark’s pre-trial hearing Tuesday morning, it was announced that Clark would plead guilty to aggravated murder, which he did when the hearing commenced.
Clark was accused of murdering Dustin Moreland last year. Clark was captured in Carroll County and has been in and out of court since.
When Judge, T. Shawn Hervey asked Clark what he did as part of his crime, Clark admitted to taking Moreland’s life.
Sentencing will be determined on April 5, at 10 a.m.
