Cunningham-2CADIZ -After citing his displeasure Tuesday at the way the Village of Cadiz council members have conducted business recently in announcing their goal to pursue a village administrator, Board of Public Affairs (BOPA)  Chairman Dwight Cunningham, shocked his fellow board members and resigned.

Cunningham stated several reasons for his displeasure including the village’s spending habits and the fact that they failed to inform BOPA of their intentions until finding out about it in the newspapers.

Cunningham called it, “…very poor of those people.”
