CADIZ – A worker with Coon Restoration scaled to new heights to do some painting atop the Harrison County Courthouse. So far, the site has undergone a $49,000 upgrade, which also included sidewalk repairs and refurbishment of the John Bingham statue.
This past week, commissioners learned that revenues were up by $1.7 million due to increased sales tax revenue and oil and gas funds and appropriated $1.5 million into the county capital improvement fund for future upgrades.
