North Township Trustees and Zoning Board members gathered with representatives of Chesapeake Midstream Development and M3 Midstream after local leaders approved a zoning change for a new fractionation plant near Scio. Three days of hearings concluded with about 600 acres acquired on Crimm Road switching from agricultural to manufacturing, and construction on the facility is set for September.
