Cadiz council shared worries about speeding along Industrial Park Road, especially with the volume of heavy truck travel and patrons entering Sally Buffalo Park. Councilman Dan Ossman asked if there was anything officials could do to reduce dangers posed for people turning in to the Mazeroski Ballfield at Sally Buffalo Park, particularly since a majority of the traffic is comprised of commercial trucks. Councilman Kevin Best chimed in that more passenger vehicles could be expected for the Independence Day activities.

Harrison County Engineer Rob Sterling intends to forward those concerns to the Ohio Department of Transportation to rectify matters.

Suggestions and further discussion on other projects that need attention are in this weeks print edition of the Harrison News-Herald.
