To my Friend Eileen, Otha’s wife, and his family.
Otha has been so dear to my heart for many years. I wlll never forget all the laughter he has brought into my life. He has been such a support to me and I am sorry I will not see him when I go in as the Madam State President Of The Fraternal Order of Eagles in 2112, but I know he will be there with me telling me a joke and saying you can use this one on your travels.
To the family
My condolences and thank you for letting me enjoy 26 years of friendship with your father, grandfather, uncle and your spouse Eileen. I will never forget Otha and when I tell a joke he will be with me. I love you Otha.
Love,
Brenda Nobile

Former neighbor, father of four, musician and friend-Otha will be forever missed. May Jesus comfort all who loved him during this difficult time.
Otha was a dear friend to all who knew him. I was fortunate to know him and his dear family when I was growing up in Scio. Otha – was my first Little league coach and a close friend and co-worker with my dad at the old Scio Bank. Brad, Beth and Brent – you have my sincerest condolences on your loss.
Missed dearly this Christmas!
