Former Harrison Central football, basketball and baseball standout Robbie Davia is now applying his talents as a starter at third base, on the Wheeling Jesuit University baseball team. Davia, who also earned three starts as pitcher during the 2010 season, carried a .323 batting average for the Cardinals, while hitting five doubles and a pair of home runs. Davia and the Cardinals will open the 2011 campaign on Tuesday March 15, where they will face Ohio Valley University at home in a double hitter. More about Davia and other outstanding area youth athletes in this weeks print edition of the Harrison News-Herald.
