CADIZ – There is a disturbing trend of foreclosures across the country and according to one report Ohio is reaching a critical state.
Findings from a recent study through Policy Matters Ohio showed the effects are far-reaching and what was primarily seen in larger metropolitan areas is seeping into rural regions. At 15.7 percent, Harrison County ranks 16th out of 23 counties showing the fastest-growing foreclosure rate.
