HOPEDALE – The residents of Gables Care Center in Hopedale attended a Super Bowl party at the facility on Sunday, Feb. 6. “Black and Gold” were worn by most, with the exception of a few “Geen and Gold” fans. A Super Bowl Trivia Challenge took place, and the winners may have been an indicator for the results of the Super Bowl game. The Green Bay team, with only three fans, overwhemingly beat the Steeler’s trivia team, with six playing. Those in attendance were also given questions, and they won black and gold, or green and gold bead sets, as they answered. Fun, food and fellowship followed, putting everyone in great spirits for the big game. Fans pictured are (l-r) residents Sam and Eleanor Santille, Elsie Leeser and Ethel Martin, part of the Steeler’s trivia team.
